Cancelling
Cancel whenever you like, from inside your own account, in one press.
We ask no questions and we place no step between you and the door.
Your access runs to the end of the month you have already paid for, and every
letter you have already sent stays with the person who received it, forever.
Your First Month
**Where Love, Always turns out to be other than you hoped, tell us inside thirty
days of your first payment and we will return it in full — as long as you have
not yet sent a letter.**
Once a letter is sent, that month has done its work. A sent letter is
permanent, it belongs to the person who received it, and it stays with them
forever at our cost. A letter given is given, and it is what you paid for.
Where The Fault Was Ours
**A letter that failed to arrive. A recording that would not play. A day we
missed.**
Tell us and that month is on us, whether or not you ask. Where the fault ran
longer, so does the refund.
This sits above anything else on this page, and above anything in our terms.
Australian Consumer Law gives you rights that no policy of ours can reduce, and
we would not want to.
A Month You Meant To Cancel
**Where you meant to cancel and the month rolled over, tell us and we will
return it.**
We would rather give a month back than hold money from somebody who has already
left.
A Change In Your Life
Where paying for this stops being possible, write to us.
**Every letter you have already sent is already permanent and stays free to
the person holding it.** Where you want to keep writing and the money is the obstacle, say so.
We will find a way, and it will arrive as a gift rather than as a discount.
How Long It Takes
We answer as soon as we can, and always within thirty days.
Cancelling needs no answer from anybody. It is a control inside your own
account and it happens the moment you press it.
The money returns to the card it came from.
