What This Is
Love, Always holds what you write until the day you choose.
You write a letter. You say who it is for and when it opens. We keep it, exactly
as you wrote it, and it arrives on that day — tonight, or in forty years.
These are the promises we make to you, and the few we ask of you. They are
written plainly, because an agreement you cannot read is an agreement you never
made.
Your Words Stay Yours
Every word you write here belongs to you.
We store it, protect it and deliver it. We claim no ownership of a single word,
and we never will.
We do not read your letters. No person working on Love, Always can open a
private letter from the back office. That is built into the machine rather than
promised in a policy.
We never sell, share or hand your words to anybody — no advertiser, no data
broker, no partner. There is no version of this service where your letters
become somebody else's asset.
We never use your letters to train a machine.
The Promise That Matters Most
A letter you have sent is the receiver's forever.
If your card stops working, if you cancel, if you stop paying, if you step away
for years, if you die — **every letter already delivered stays with the person
who received it, permanently, at no cost to them.**
That is the whole point of Love, Always and it is guaranteed here in writing.
Letters you have written and not yet released stay held while your account
is active. Where an account closes, we will always contact you first, and you
will always be able to take your unsent letters with you.
What It Costs
The One $5 a month for the one person who matters most Your Circle $11 a month up to three people Your World $15 a month up to ten people
Past ten, a dollar twenty-five for each person you add, as far as you want
to go.
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
We will tell you before a price changes, at least thirty days ahead, by
email. A price rise never applies to a month you have already paid for.
There are no discount codes here. Where we want to be generous, it arrives
as a gift.
Cancelling
Cancel whenever you like, from inside your own account, in one press.
Your access continues to the end of the month you have paid for. **Every letter
already delivered stays exactly as it is.**
We never ask you why. We never place a step between you and the door.
Who Can Use Love, Always
Sixteen to hold an account.
Where the person holding it is under eighteen, the card belongs to a parent,
and that card is the parent's agreement to this page.
A person receiving a letter needs no account and no age. A parent writing to
a child of two simply gives that address to the child when they are ready. The
letter waits.
What We Ask Of You
Write what is true to you. Love, Always exists for what people actually
feel.
Write to people who would want to hear from you. We will act on a report
that this service is being used to frighten, harass or reach somebody who has
asked to be left alone, and we will close an account that does it.
Keep your own way in safe. Your letters open with your email address, and
whoever holds that address can reach them.
One person, one account. Accounts are not shared or resold.
What We Promise About The Service
We will keep it running, and we will keep it honest.
Where a fault arises we will say so plainly and tell you what it means for
your letters.
Where we ever have to close Love, Always, we will give you at least ninety
days, we will deliver every letter that can be delivered, and we will give you
every word you have written in a form you can keep. **Your letters would leave
with you.**
Where We Are, And The Law We Sit Under
Love, Always is operated from Melbourne, Australia.
Australian Consumer Law applies and no line here reduces it. Any guarantee
the law gives you stands above anything written on this page.
Where a disagreement arises, we would far rather talk to you than argue. Write
to us and a person will answer.

Changes To This Agreement
We will tell you before this page changes and we will say what changed in
plain words rather than asking you to compare two documents.
The promise about delivered letters never changes. It is the one line here
we will never revise.
